Fine jewelry is personal, and many PureArcDesign pieces are made specifically for your order. This page explains how we review return, exchange, change, and quality concern requests.

Please email us first so we can review the order type, item condition, delivery date, and the reason for your request. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Custom work has limited return eligibility.
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created for one customer, they are usually final sale once production begins unless there is a verified quality issue.
Custom, Made-to-Order & Engraved Pieces
Custom designs, made-to-order jewelry, special stone sourcing, personalized engraving, altered designs, and other special-request pieces are generally final sale once production begins. Because these pieces are created specifically for your order, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged for preference-based reasons.
Standard Items
Non-custom, non-personalized items may be reviewed for return or exchange if they are unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and any included documents. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
Quality Concerns
If your piece arrives with a quality issue, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos. We will review the concern carefully and help determine the appropriate next step, such as repair, replacement, adjustment, or another suitable solution.
Changes & Cancellations
If production has not started, we will do our best to help with changes or cancellation requests. Once CAD work, casting, stone setting, engraving, resizing, or other custom production has begun, changes may not be possible or may require an additional fee.
Resizing & Adjustments
Many rings can be resized, but eligibility depends on the design, stone layout, engraving, metal, and current condition. Eternity bands, intricate settings, and certain custom styles may have resizing limits.
Return Condition
Items approved for return review must be in original condition, with no signs of wear, impact, alteration, third-party repair, or improper cleaning. Packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories should be included when applicable.
How to start a review
- Email your order number, delivery date, and the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Include clear photos or a short video if the request involves a quality concern, sizing issue, damage, or design detail.
- Wait for our reply with eligibility, next steps, shipping instructions, or adjustment options before sending the item.
