Long-term support
Fine jewelry is made to be worn, but it still needs regular care.
PureArcDesign checks each piece before shipment and offers support for craftsmanship-related concerns. Because rings and everyday jewelry experience impact, pressure, chemicals, and natural wear, routine maintenance is important.
Warranty support may include
- Review of craftsmanship concerns
- Guidance for loose stones or setting concerns
- Repair recommendations after photo review
- Care instructions based on the piece
Not covered
- Normal wear, scratches, dents, or bent prongs from use
- Loss, theft, accidental damage, or impact damage
- Damage from chemicals, swimming pools, ultrasonic misuse, or improper cleaning
- Third-party resizing, repair, polishing, or alteration
Care checklist
- Remove rings before workouts, lifting, cleaning, swimming, gardening, or sleeping.
- Avoid bleach, chlorine, perfume, lotion, hairspray, and harsh cleaners.
- Store jewelry separately in soft pouches or lined boxes to prevent scratches.
- Have prongs and settings checked regularly, especially for rings worn every day.
