Most custom pieces are ready to ship within 15 to 20 business days.
This timing reflects the handcrafting period for made-to-order fine jewelry after the design, stone details, ring size, and order information are confirmed.
Delivery timelines are estimates after completion.
Carrier estimates begin once your order has been completed and dispatched. Customs review, VAT assessment, severe weather, or unexpected logistics issues may occasionally cause delays outside our control.
