By accessing purearcdesign.com, placing an order, requesting a consultation, or communicating with us about a custom project, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must provide accurate, current information when placing an order or creating an account.
Orders, custom work, and approvals
Many PureArcDesign pieces are made to order or customized. You are responsible for reviewing stone details, metal choice, ring size, engraving, design approvals, shipping address, and timeline before production begins. Once CAD work, sourcing, casting, stone setting, engraving, or other custom production has started, changes may be limited or may require additional fees.
Pricing and payment
Prices may change without notice until an order is accepted. Deposits, balances, taxes, duties, shipping upgrades, and other fees will be communicated where applicable. Payment must be authorized before production or shipment.
Product descriptions and natural variations
We work to present jewelry details accurately, but images, screen color, stone appearance, and scale may vary. Diamonds and gemstones can have natural or growth-related characteristics. Handcrafted items may show small differences that are normal for fine jewelry.
Shipping, customs, and delivery
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Customs inspections, VAT assessments, import duties, severe weather, carrier disruptions, and local delivery delays may be outside our control. International taxes, duties, or customs fees are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Returns, exchanges, and repairs
Return and exchange eligibility depends on the item type, condition, and whether it was custom, made-to-order, engraved, altered, or specially sourced. Please review our Returns & Exchanges and Warranty & Care pages before placing an order.
Intellectual property
The PureArcDesign name, images, designs, text, website content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, sell, or commercially use our content without written permission.
